Remember when Quimby needed surgery to fix his elbow? I sure do. It was expensive and it was hard to pay for, but I am damn glad that I did it, cause right now, he runs WAY hard and has awesome freakouts. Needless to say I was saddened when I heard about Charlie, a 2 year old boy who is currently going through the same thing:

Hi! My name is Charlie but my mom calls me Boogie. I am a wonderful 2 and a half year old little boy who loves to have my belly rubbed, songs sung to me, and boy do I love running with my sister!

The problem is that my front left leg grew all wrong and causes me pain. The doctor says I need to have an operation that will shorten my leg bone and make my elbow and wrist joints work better. After my 4 month recovery, I will be able to play and run all I want for a very long time! Without this surgery, I will be lame in the front and will be in pain from the arthritis and joint damage.

I have already gotten my second chance when I was adopted from a shelter with my sister when I was four months old but I really hope that there is one more chance meant for me. The doctor said the surgery will cost close to $4,000 and my mommy is doing all she can to make me better. Can you help put the Boogie back in my step????

This is Capone. He’s pretty sweet, and he reminds me of Quimby. They should do some corrupt business together, but they are both too kind. He was hanging out in Fetch, a very cool dog store in Maine.

I’m pretty sure this dog is related to Joe Pesci.

This is Gracey. Gracey under fire. Amazing Gracey.  Saving Gracey. Saving Private Ryan. What? Anyway,  she was a very nice and friendly dog who likes meeting new people. Details on the Pog and dog contest will be released tomorrow!

I wanna tell you about something Gnarly. He somehow managed to photo bomb the photo he was supposed to be in. At any rate, he totally shreds the gnar, rips groomers, represents 4 lyfe, etc. His owner cosequentially shreds the red as one of Portland’s finest lobstah roll pimps, operating on the corner of Commercial St. and Franklin Arterial. Infringe on his turf and run the risk of seeing the Gnar, unleashed!

Gnarly is an awesome dog.

Pog and dog, sebatian, portland maine, old port

I met Sebastian on a beautiful day in the Old Port. He wasn’t too keen on getting all up in my business for a photo, but we forgive him. Although he’s not too fond of meeting strangers, he still looked awesome, and is very worthy to grace these pages. Although, I don’t have a whole lot of criteria. If the dog=cool that’s good enough for me.

This is Clara. She is an adopted (awesome) dog who came up from the land of Quimby- Tennessee. She is really cool, considering life probably hasn’t been easy for her until now.  She will be an awesome companion!

Old Port Jingles - Music for all your marketing needs.I know that I’ve been seriously neglecting this site, but I have a feeling I’m going to have a lot more time on my hands real soon. Part of the reason for that is because I’ve been working on my new business! For those of you who don’t know, I am a very musical person, and have always wanted to be able to use my musical knowledge to make money. I thought I had that job at one point, but I was wrong. I realized the only way I was going to be able to do it my way, was to do it myself. I am now the very proud owner of Old Port Jingles in Portland, Maine. The company will specialize in business jingles, custom songs, and archive services.

All the music on the site is actually written by me, and there are more samples of jingles the business site. I invite everyone to check it out, and please, if you know of any businesses looking for a custom song or jingle, send them my way! I think that everyone should check out the archive services page, because it’s something that I feel many people would be interested in.

Okay, I’m done with the cross promotion, I hope you enjoyed it! Now, back to the dogs!
