Quimby
Quimby was adopted in the summer of 2009 when he was 4 months old. He was already house trained, full of love, and one of if not the sweetest dog I have ever met. One day after playing at the dog park he began limping. It slowly went away, and he seemed normal again. Sure enough, next time we went back, it happened again. Concern was growing, but he seemed to get better quickly. By the third time, a vet was involved. The Vet diagnosed Quimby with a type of elbow dysplasia (meaning the joint did not fuse properly). The surgery was performed in December of 2009. Quimby is looking forward to 2010.
