I would never use that company, but I have heard amazing things about other companies(can't remember the names), so I would not be so quick to judge them all. DNA testing, if it works, is a fun and interesting thing to do for your dog. In our dog park we have quite a few very happy people who have tested their dogs with great success.

It's amazing to me that this company exists...is it legal for them to say they provide a service, but in the fine print say they reserve the right to not give you said service even after you've paid for it?

It's all rubbish because it's a waste of money. These companies have the right to not give you results as it's in the fine print. That money is better off in going to a shelter.

I wouldn't paint all DNA testing companies for dogs with the same brush. I have perosnally had my 2 dogs tested and the rescue I adopted them from has used a test lots of times with terrific results.

We only paid $60. I hear negative stuff like this form time ot time and it is a bit strange--the science between the DNA is pretty strong. I work in a human DNA lab and the lab director told me it was solid.
